child url can not operate parent url's cookie

as the title,
if our front-end belong to "https://portal.devel.starlordtech.com/",
then front-end can't remove cookies in upper level url like "client.devel.starlordtech.com",
"auth.devel.starlordtech.com",
"devel.starlordtech.com"
